FOLLOWERS OF MEN....AND THE LORD.
(to think or teach otherwise is
a reprobate and heretic)

This scripture actually comes under a sub-heading in my
bible which says...."their good example"...very
fittingly I believe for this particular verse, would you not
agree?.....click.
Given that the days we now live in are a little confusing at
least for those who continue on in their headstrong-ways,
as one scripture says....
A MAN WHO ISOLATES HIMSELF SEEKS HIS OWN DESIRE AND HE IS
ONE WHO FOREVER RAGES AGAINST ALL GODLY/SOUND
WISDOM..........PROVERBS 18:1....SELAH.
Here we have apostolic Paul speaking to the brethren at
Thessalonica on the subject matter of 'Good
Behaviour' and being good examples. But the portion that
the paraclete enlarged to me was....here we have
men following men....click.
It is one of the first signs of a 'cult religions
teachings' when they spruik that they follow no man.
Some say it this way...."The True Church Does Not Follow
Men"....these are rebellious ones, headstrong and
haughty, they're on the broad-way.
Most of the time these rebels have never really had any
sending out by a local church but have gone out in haste,
this is evident by their lack of mature teaching and
correct, precise teaching. There is error galore in their
theology unbeknown to them, because of their pride
and selfish ambition....click.
Paul says "you became followers of us"....and the
lord. To say we don't follow men is a willful and stubborn
mindset, one, only a strong-sharp-rebuke could penetrate.
Harsh correction is for the fool, Father says.
A very dangerous road indeed is the road called broad and
the broad road does not ever agree with the bonafide
apostolic teachings of Paul of Tarsus. It is similar to the
old rebel teaching of, everyone is an apostle or prophet or
pastor and that equally foolish teaching that says, "I
got it from my heart and God put it there" but all
along they read it in another man's book or got it from a
cd, dvd or web site, this is one who is self deceived and
deceit filled....click.
We have come across many in 20years ministry that have seen
themselves as prophets, apostles and evangelists but in
reality (never had the goods) God was calling them to
be bus drivers (church taxi drivers), batmen and
'choice servants' in a local church. A choice servant is
one like Magdalene, the poor widow or the good Samaritan.
But the conceited can get carried away (thinking
themselves above what they are) with a little help from
the fallen angel lucifer, ending up deluded....click.
It is a humbling thing to serve and follow another man,
wash his clothes, give him your money to help out, wait on
and drive from place to place, be faithful to and all
willingly, joyfully and diligently. It's all part of
being a choice servant.
If you can not follow, you will never be able or capable
to lead!...Yes, JTCM is still looking for 'choice
servants' today to help with the ministry workload.
