The common chain
that binds most people of the world today and even a majority of professing christians and
church leaders is the chain called ...fear of being left behind.
This term is the catch phrase for many business propositions in the world today.
It is already in the churches, has been there for some time now and usually raises it's
ugly head whenever people won't compromise for the sake of a natural prosperity or
progression.
People are programmed to fear being left out of public circles, church clicks,
ministers gatherings and weak kneed huddles in general. However, I have never read of any
real man of God entertaining such vanity in the holy bible, with the exception of
apostates and traitors.
And the scriptures says:
YES, AND ALL WHO DESIRE TO LIVE GODLY IN CHRIST JESUS WILL ...SUFFER PERSECUTION
...2 TIMOTHY 3:12.
This is the one thing human beings are terrified of, they will do nearly anything to escape
...persecution yet the holy remnant are not phased at the thought of suffering. The
fear of being alone is the world's greatest money making tool. Satan has drilled many
ignorant souls to believe that if you don't answer his demands you shall be excluded,
excommunicated, disregarded and unpopular and it is true. Most probably one of the few
true statements of the deceiver/Satan, that serpent of old.
I believe most churches in the world have said, if you can't beat them ...join them ... 2
Timothy 4:4.
IN REGARD TO THESE, THEY THINK IT STRANGE THAT YOU DO NOT RUN WITH THEM IN THE
SAME FLOOD OF DISSIPATION ...SPEAKING EVIL OF YOU ...1 PETER 4:4.
The Apostle Peter calls it a ...flood of dissipation.
Dissipation meaning ...frivolous or dissolute.
Dissolute meaning ...leading nowhere else but to death and even hellfire.
So what we have on the earth today and in this country of Australia and in most churches
are a people who are not willing to be left behind at the coming of the Messiah Jesus the
Christ upon the clouds. Neither are they willing to be left out of (the
affairs of this life) the world's party, program.........2 Timothy 2:1-13.
We are not able to harness the two, either we are friends of the world or we are friends
of the Christ.
God promises us loneliness, if we do not die to self and also barren living. Lord
Jesus, tells us in Him we have peace plus. Don't fear being left behind, left out of the
sleezy programmes of wicked men and women ...fear God and keep His commands and all the
chains that Satan has bound you with shall break.
