We forever hear this verse misquoted and abused by so
many churched peoples, it's criminal. I believe peoples must
be alerted to this sloppy translation of such a crucial
verse. Most have come to believe that all peoples are God's
people and this is not so. With verse 41 of the same chapter
declaring aloud that there are 'cursed people' who
are heading to the very same place as the devil satan and
his angels/demons.....click.
One man who rings me often absolutely loves the idea that
all peoples are God's/Jesus people, Yahweh's people but the
Holy bible doesn't say this. The holy bible says that all
peoples were created by God but not all are his/Jesus people.
There are christians/brethren who are hungry, thirsty,
homeless, sick and have gone to prison for some reason or
other and there are other brethren who are without clothing.
But they are brethren of the Christ, bonafide brethren,
saints, disciples of the Christ. Hardly a teaching for the
Penny - Costal -Prosperity Movement or the Healing School of
the Multi-Million Dollar Jet Club.....click.
The point I want to make here today is that they were
'Jesus Brethren' not worldlings or unbelievers, heathen
as so many are misled to believe.
Mark 9:41. Also tells us in no uncertain terms
the very same thing. Most religious peoples prefer to widen
the road called 'narrow' for it makes for so many
more fringe benefits and brings glory to men and women
(and derrieres on seats) at the same time. Just as
they mishandle Matthew 19:28 which is a quote of
Jesus with a double emphasis 'assuredly I say'.....wife
and children are always conveniently left out when they
quote it......click.
'Family First' always seem to get a lump in their
throat when it comes to say 'no one has forsaken wife or
children' and only God knows what the Matriarchal
Feminist Movement of the AOG/Community Church in Roman
Catholic Crescent, Absolute Predestination Bay would say.
Once again it tells us who the speaker is and who the
congregation are who eat and drink in such piffle.....click.
They could by no means be brethren of the Christ, for to be
his brethren, brother, sister or mother one has to place
him/Jesus as preeminent above all things and all peoples,
family inclusive, to the place of 'forsaking them'
(for Jesus names sake of course) if faced with this very
unpleasant decision. I am aware that this is not the
teaching of the main stream/orthodox religions of this world
but then again I don't and JTCM doesn't subject themselves
to the 'main stream orthodox teachings of the one world
church' or any harlot denomination that has retired and
retreated from protesting against the Roman Catholic System
- The Mother of Harlots.....click.

PS...When it comes to decisions whether to go the way of
family members or the way of the Christ Jesus there is no
question about it. We see God's attitude time ,and time
again. .....Old and new testaments alike. |
